Delivery
As Jewellery is handmade, some items will be sent out within 7 days, others may take up to 21 days and you will be informed by email. Please advise if your order needs to arrive for a specific date and we will respond immediately to let you know if this is possible.
Refunds / Customer Satisfaction
If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund your money as long as the item remains in the condition in which it was received. Please advise within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. We stand behind our designers 100% and the designers stand behind their work 100%. Sterling silver is a naturally soft metal which scratches and takes rubs as a matter of course. This is especially obvious on pieces that are polished to a high "mirror" finish. Silver will not stand up to abuse, even normal wear and tear may require that a piece get repaired occasionally. Our company and our designers are committed to customer satisfaction and any (flaws will be immediately rectified)
Commissions and Adjustments
Some items in the Saba Jewellery range may be adjusted, made smaller/larger, strung with specific beads, made in other metals etc. Please let us know. Commissions are welcome.
